This is Tom Today, I’m going to explain ARTJET Brochure. Contents is like this. 1st, we are going to check the customer curiosity. Then, before I explain the brochure, shortly I explained the contents of brochure Then, each page by each, explain the brochure Before I make this presentation, I made the Korea version. It is based on the End User. But this presentation, I think, most of our customer is dealer who know the signage area very well, even better than I. Based on this presume, I will explain each by each. 1st time, I checked the competitor’s brochure. What their contents ? 1st is the picture and nice words and technical specification. Then I think, maybe brochure is very important. it’s 1st introduction for the product. then I think, contents is based on the customer’s curiosity. Based on that, I made the brochure contents. During the exhibition, the interesting customer suddenly comes to the machine like this, and they check if it has banding or not. 1st curiosity is image quality. After that, they are asking. Varnish, White, Primer, Metal printing is OK? So they checked their application. is it profitable or not ? And Profit. After they check, if it is profitable, then they approach me. What is the price ? So next, they are wondering investment cost. After everything is OK, then they said ” Machine is stable ? or how about the customer service ? Yes. Right their next question. After that, Is this Sales man trustful or this company trustful ? Last, they are going to check the trust. Based on this concept, I made the brochure contents. 1st page is same like model picture and product concept. Main is this. Like I explained, 1st check the image quality=>Profitable =>How much ? invest cost=>how about the customer service ?, maintenance=>Trust, this company or sales man. Last one is just option and contact detail. I’m going to explain brochure one by one. This is the 1st page. There is main picture and ARTJET name and product concept, FINE & EASY. I need to explain about this one. FINE means, like fine art, image quality is good. Also, machine whole body is well built. So we use FINE. EASY means, Easy installation, Easy operation, Easy maintenance. So, our product concept is FINE & EASY. Also, this concept. We are going to make any product based on this concept, FINE
& EASY UV Printer doesn’t need to be complicated anymore. Like I said, 1st we checked the image quality. Total presentation is like some story. I think, maybe dealer’s salesman can use my presentation like story telling. So, we are going to check the image quality. Before I explain the detail, I need to emphasis on one thing. In case of the industrial print head, if they use 6pl, they only use C,M,Y,K four colors. because the print head is expensive. if they put the Lc, Lm, they think it is too much because it is 6 pl. But Epson is 3.5 or 5pl. Even if that, we use 6 colors, Lc, Lm. This is big difference for the image quality. 3.5 or 5pl. fine text or sharp line. it’s Good. Even if small pico liter, we use 6 color. then, smooth skin tone, Deep density and Saturation. 2nd. with gradient masking, even if difficult solid color, we made very nice solid color almost. Last one, if we use the wide format, it is very difficult to make the flatbed flatness. Even if the expert, sometimes, it is not possible because product itself is not adjustable on certain point. But ARTJET is small size. Even if small size, we made the special design to adjust flatbed. So, let’s say. Whole flatbed area, we made the same image quality. Next one is the production. I almost delete this line mode. But this small flatbed, probably use in the slik screen area. Maybe they need this line mode. Then I left this line mode. it’s 15sqm/hr then easy image color, maybe you can print it on draft mode. Mainly, I think, people use production mode. it is for the normal image with some easy solid color. For the difficult solid color, you can use Fine art. DPI is the 1440 dpi. RIP, probably I know, each dealer has their own favor for the rip. Somebody like Caldera, or Onyx or Wasatch. For this printer, Concept is EASY. So, we choose SAI Rip. Based on My experience, SAI rip is very easy to operate. I think also, color is not much different for the UV Printer area. So, we checked the image quality. Next is the profitable or not. If we print only color, the margin is too small. Then we focus on the special application. Then, we use Color, White, Varnish or Primer. Nowadays, big trends is 3D printing. Everybody can do the 3D printing. The problem is too slow. To make the speed up, we put 6 white channel. In case of industrial print head printer, it only 1 white or 2 white. But we, with 6 white, we made more fast. Next one, if the printing is color white or white color, the speed become down But our printer, speed is same. Like transparent media. Acrylic, PC which is more high added value, so we also make speed up on those application. So, let’s say. with those features, we can make more money. Media size 600 x 900mm. thickness is 130mm. For the ink adhesion, I know the industrial print head’s Ink is 10cp. Which is easy to make good adhesion. But Epson is 5cp. So Acrylic, Glass and Metal, we need primer. we have jettable primer. With primer, adhesion is better than others. Ink set, 6C+W, 6C+W+ Primer or Varnish, and 2 CMYK. One of strong point of our ink is, Smell is really less. I know the Nazdar, Agfa, sunjet, Toyo and others. Compare to them, even the Korea, Ink smell is really less. Another strong point, as I explained, we have jettable Primer even if 5cp viscosity ink. This one, I explained already. Image quality and high added application, special application. Now, it is time to ask “How Much?” Since we are using Epson print head instead of industrial print head, Printer price probably is less than them. Also, it’s small format, Less space. Owner of print shop does not need to rent another space. Also, Less power consumption. One thing is the low ink consumption. I know that dealer and us is not good. Probably customer is good. I don’t know why. maybe speed is less or small pico liter. But compare to the industrial print head printer’s ink consumption, it’s really less. The other one, Owner of shop, they are pressure to hire worker, because it’s expensive. But this printer is really easy to operate. I think that anybody with short training can operate this one. So, owner of shop doesn’t need to hire some people who had already experienced of wide format printer. Dimension, operation, you can check it by yourself. So, Now, Printer price is acceptable, then customer think “what is the maintenance ?” ” what is the stability ?” I think, the most important for the maintenance is the print head. So, we put a lot of energy on the print head maintenance. So, with the idle time, it’s automatically go to the head capping station. Once head capping station, there is no light and no air contact. So, it’s all the time keep the good firing condition. The other one, usually printer which use Epson print head, there is no anti crash. But, we made anti crash as basic option. Even if those good function, if something is happened to the print head, just simply replace it. Print head is not that much expensive. So, maintenance wise, it’s cost is really less and we put the lot of energy on this. Last one, I just think, How I explain trust ? so, then I think, our people, member. Our R&D has already experience a lot on the making the UV Printer. Also our CS people, they are used to work more than 10 or 15 years on manufacturer of UV Printer as Customer service. So, they are really, really excellent. Last one, sales man like me. I’m not sure if I’m OK or not. But I have also lots of experience. so then I going to make it. how to use it ? maintenance? by youtube. Let’s say. R&D and Customer Service and Sales, all is expert. Let’s say, CUSTOMER and YOU, DEALER CAN TRUST US ! Until now, I explained main parts, Image quality=>Profitable application=>Investment cost=>Maintenance, Stability=>Trust. This is main parts. This is table option. we just think, how to make the good shape, good design with this table. So, we took lots of time. Now it looks OK. You can buy this one as option. Or you can prepare it yourself. But table should be very strong and heavy because the head carriage is moving and it’s trembling OK. This is the last page. Just contact detail.
