Hello boys and girls! Welcome
Etecnidad My name is Samuel and I hope that all are well and for those who
we are sick I hope they recover soon.
A hug from here for all of you. Today we are going to unbox and
installation of this Aurolite ceiling lamp 14 watts. Will you accompany me on this adventure?
Yes?! Let’s go there! With 14 watts we have 1100 lighting lights what
equivalent to a 100 watt light bulb incandescent light diffuses with
an angle of 180 degrees, provides a 4000 Kelvin color temperature so
that we will get a neutral white light. Neither yellow, or cold white. We can connect it to
220 volt current at 50 or 60 megahertz and we will save up to 90%
of energy. The ceiling light has a diameter 26 centimeters and a height of 58
centimeters, it’s super flat. It has A ++ energy certification.
Let’s open the box to see what there is inside. We remove the ceiling light and there is nothing more
inside the box. The ceiling light comes closed with a wrapper
plastic, we will use the cuter to open it we get the least possible from the
blade and we cut away from ceiling lamp and we finish opening a hand.
It has the IP44 certification which makes it ideal for bathroom or any
place that may have splashes of water and remove the lid. Uncovering a source of
power supply, three led strips and a power strip where we will connect the
Phase, Neutral and Ground power cables we remove the rest of the packaging to see
better the back the back is metallic colored
white, around the outer edge it has a kind of foam rubber to avoid letting moisture through. In the bag we have three tacos, three
screws, three small screws and three rubber washers. Here are the instructions that
they come only in English. I’m going to put the lid on now so that
you can see how it fits, because when be on the roof it’s going to be harder to
to appreciate. We turn the lid until we find the position when it fits, we turn it in
clockwise. In the back we find a
rubber hole through which we will pass the cables to supply current to the ceiling light,
these are the three holes through which we will pass the screws to screw
in the studs, on the side it has three small screws with a washer
of rubber each. Well now I’m going to turn off the current
so as not to get stuck with the cables electrical, this is the lever of the
house lights circuit but just in case if you don’t know what the
yours lower all levers or all
circuit breakers. This is my old ceiling lamp which does not give
enough light, I’m going to open it by turning the glass on the left, carefully remove it and we unscrew the bulb. If you are enjoying the video, leave me a

with your friends so they don’t miss it. Now we are going to unscrew the base of the
ceiling lamp, with a fluted screwdriver or Philips type.
We remove a screw and we proceed to remove the other finally with a flat screwdriver
we are going to loosen the Phase cable, the Neutral cable and finally the cable of
Earth. With the screwdriver we are going to loosen the
first cable and now we loosen the second wire. In
theory these two white wires should be one brown and one blue that would be the
brown the Phase and blue the Neutral. We take them both out finally we loosen the ground wire
which is yellow and green. We remove the base of the ceiling. We remove the cables from the base of the ceiling
and we can see that they have been uncovered the cables here should
have a brown wire for the Phase and one blue for the Neutral, the Earth is
Right. Next we stretch the tips of
the cables and cut the piece of copper from the
three wires that is in the air. We will peel each of
cables but not too much. We already have the first one. Now the second. Finally we are going to peel the third
cable that is the Earth. Now we will introduce the cables through the
jelly bean that I point you here. We will run the cables through
the jelly bean that we have on the ceiling without remove it from your site.
It is best to run the wires without stripping what I came up and peeled them
before passing them on, so have this data into account.
I’m going to pass them one by one, don’t worry about the gap because like
It is rubber stretches when passing the cable. Already we have the three cables passed and the
gummy has come off its place, no you worry. You can go back to
put in place without problems. We mark the three holes in the ceiling,
after marking the three holes in the ceiling we take the drill, we do the 3
new holes, we put the dowels and we start screwing. As my roof is
wooden I will screw it directly to the wood. I already put a
screw and now i’m putting the second. We keep screwing a little more and now we will make the connection of the
ceiling light. This white wire should be brown or black.
We introduce it with the brown in your case
we will place each cable with its color as you can see on the left side of
the strip we have a brown wire, another yellow and green and another blue in your case
will be next You can find a brown, black or gray wire
which you can connect the brown wire. the ground wire has to be
yellow and green like the one in the ceiling as we introduce each
cable in its respective hole we are tightening the screw so that it does not
move us finally we introduce the last cable
which would be the Neutral and we connect it with the blue ceiling wire and we tighten the screw It’s time to put the lid on
little to the left until it clicks and then another bit to the right. To the three small screws we put
the jelly bean and we look for the three holes in the
ceiling and screwed. As you can see the jelly bean goes away
expanding to not let the humidity.
I have already tightened all the screws we test the ceiling and it works
correctly. Now you can see the before and after
although it is not appreciated much on camera the new term illuminates much more. Remember to be home and see you soon!
